Job Location: Riyadh

Qualifications

- Proficient in managing both cold and hot kitchen sections.
- A solid grasp of culinary fundamentals, including preparation of cold dishes and execution of hot line cooking.
- Capable of demonstrating advanced culinary skills and techniques in both sections.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- A minimum of [1 year ] working experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with proven expertise in cold and hot food preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking of dishes in both cold and hot sections of the kitchen.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
- Manage mise en place and ensure that all ingredients are prepared and available for service.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in proper techniques and food handling.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other CDPs in menu planning and development.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.


Skills and Proficiencies:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a section independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and a willingness to incorporate them into menu items.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and health regulations.
