Position: Senior Accountant (Specialized in External Auditing)
Location: Riyadh
Responsibilities:

As an Accountant in Riyadh, your role involves a variety of financial and accounting tasks. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Manage Financial Records: Your primary duty is to keep financial records accurate and current, including handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Ensure Month/Year-End Closing: Timely and accurate completion of the month-end closing process, which includes reconciliations and preparing financial statements, inbound and outbound stock report consumption and inventory physical count.

3. Handle Value added tax: You will responsible for prepare and file the tax.

4. Maintain Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, addressing their financial inquiries and promptly resolving any issues.

5. Collaborate on Audits: Work alongside external auditors during the annual audit process and implement necessary changes to enhance financial controls and reporting.

6. Detail analysis and compilation of financial statements and multiple taxation reports

7.Prepare Fixed Assets Reports monthly and depreciation.

8. Working on Financial analysis and forecasting based on business performance, and domestic and foreign market economic situation, Must make a forecast consistent with the market trend and unit.

9.Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.

10. Evaluated the company accounting procedures, ensuring best practices and compliance from accountants at business units concerning GAAP rules required for a private company.

11.Performed detailed analysis of profit and loss statement, appropriate allocation of expenses and accrued expenses reconciled all balance sheet accounts prior to finalizing the month end close.
