3D Designer (BIM Molder)

Work Place: Riyadh

Candidate Must Have a solid experience in GRC (Cladding - Facade) manufacturing for 8 Years at least
Role Actions:

• Report to the BIM Lead and Director
• Create precise 3D BIM models.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM model.
• Take ownership of modeling, drawings and documentation production process
• Understand and implement industry wide BIM standards.
• Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.
• Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
• Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
• Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
• Interact with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
• Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.


Basic Salary: 7,000 SAR
