Description

We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician with Driving Ability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest control services to our clients while also possessing the ability to drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities:

Conduct pest inspections and assessments at client locations to identify infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Implement pest control measures using approved pesticides, baits, traps, and other techniques in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Safely operate and maintain equipment and tools used for pest control procedures.
Educate clients on pest prevention and recommend sanitation and structural modifications to minimize pest activity.
Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment reports, service agreements, and billing information.
Drive company vehicles to and from client locations in a timely and professional manner.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and public safety while performing pest control services and driving.
Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to coordinate scheduling and address any concerns or issues.
Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes related to pest control.
Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
