Description


Overseeing support activities provided by the Information Technology and Documents Control staff, such as designing networks, ensuring the validity of systems, process mapping, system customization, designing file backup systems, filing drawings and documents

Managing all internet support activities such as web pages and emails development to ensure efficiency of such activities

Managing all projects held at the Information Technology and Documents Control Department and providing advice to the staff, in addition to suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Tracking status and following-up all projects held by the staff and making sure that all projects are being held at the required level of professionalism and in alignment with predetermined objectives

Planning, supervising and assigning workloads to section heads, in addition to setting priorities and timelines to ensure meeting deadlines and requirements

Developing guidelines and procedures to provide effective software and hardware solutions by the staff when developed internally

Analyzing the systems' efficiency and recommending modifications, enhancements and upgrades

Managing budget activities and fiscal information, as well as identifying needs and addressing requirements for all projects and activities

Sourcing for IT hardware and software and coordinating with the Procurement Department to choose best suppliers at the most suitable prices with best quality

Evaluating technological issues and suggesting technological alternatives to enhance office functions and increase staff productivity, as well as suggesting cost reduction techniques for communication

Developing and managing connectivity and inter-countries networking requirements to ensure an efficient and effective flow of information between Head Office and the various project sites
