Requirement:
Inspecting Construction Sites
Supervising Construction Activities
Attending Site Management Meetings
Coordinating Work Activities with Subcontractors
Ensuring Projects are on Schedule
Creating Project Plans and Reports
Efficiently organize resources, documentation, and activities to ensure smooth operations
Experience in the Civil construction required.
Experience in a leadership role recommended.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.
Experience: minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience in same field.
