HAVING MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 3-6 YEARS IN KSA – SEC, ARAMCO & SWCC PROJECT

Requirements

1 - Transferable Iqama (Nationality: Filipino / Indian)
2 - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3 - Valid Saudi Council of Engineering Certificate
4 - Immediate Joining
5 - Minimum 3-6 years of work KSA experience as site engineer / Quality Surveyor/Estimation.
6 - Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office & Auto CAD
7 - Saudi/Native Driving License
8 - Age - Below 45 Y


key Responsibilities /Role:
1. To attend Job Ex-Meeting & Site Visit
2. Prepare B.O.Q & Estimation based on site Visit & clients Requirements.
3. Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
4. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance to design specifications, safety standards.
5. Coordinate with clients for control of work. Make sure the work is performed as per clients Standard & Specification.
6. Prepare & Submit Daily/Weekly progress reports as required by the Clients.
7. Must have Knowledge of site survey.
8. Able to make Design & Drawings thru AutoCAD.
9. Must have good Communication Skills
10. Must good negotiable Skill with supplier /Sub-contractors
