1. Should have degree in any discipline
2. Should have worked in Purchase department as Buyer / Purchaser
3. Should have worked in Oil & Gas construction sector
4. Apart from experience in handling purchase related works, he should have experience in handling hiring of vehicle & equipment as per requirement SATROP / Saudi Aramco etc.
5. He should have through knowledge about the documentation requirement by the client (SATROP / Saudi Aramco etc.) for hiring of vehicle and equipment
6. Should have proficiency in Arabic / English languages
