1. Market Development Representative (2)

Job Responsibilities:

a. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team;

b. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle;

c. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach;

d. Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills;

e. Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence;



2. Purchasing Associate (1)

Job Responsibilities:

a. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the purchasing process;

b. Other activities required within the scope of daily purchasing work;

c. Provides customer service to branches and internal departments -- resolves routine questions and problems;

d. Manages various consigned materials programs and be the Business Unit point of contact between the service centers and the consignee;



3. Warehouse Associate (1)

Job Responsibilities:

a. Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock;
b. Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock;
c. Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages;

d. Counting stock and keeping inventory records;



4. Construction Manager (1)

Job Responsibilities:

a. Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives;

b. Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met;

c. Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project;

d. Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources;

e. Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues;

f. Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements;
