Job Summary:
The Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise to the sales team and assisting customers in understanding and evaluating our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information technology, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support to the sales team by answering questions about our products and services
● Develop and deliver presentations to customers and prospects
● Conduct product demonstrations and POCs
● Work with customers to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions
● Manage and track sales opportunities
● Prepare and submit technical proposals
● Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
● 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role
● Strong understanding of information technology concepts, including networking, security, and cloud computing
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Ability to travel occasionally

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Some travel may be required.
