Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends and potential clients. Develop strategic plans to enter new markets or expand in existing ones.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.

Project Development : Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project proposals and bids.Ensure projects align with client needs and company capabilities.

Sales and Marketing : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Participate in marketing efforts, including attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Technical Expertise : Use engineering knowledge to assess project feasibility, technical requirements, and risk management. Provide technical insights during client meetings and project negotiations.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Must be a native Arab speaker. (Except Lebanese and Sudanese).
At least 10 years of experience in KSA.
Must have experience in business development field and should also be aware of the business environment in Saudi Arabia.
Candidates must be between 35 - 45 years of age.
BSc.Engineering required.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration required.
Additional training and certifications will be beneficial.(eg: PMP, PSP, EVM, CCP etc.)
Should have knowledge in softwares like Revit, Primavera, AutoCAD, FIDIC etc.
Certifications in Health and Safety are advantageous. (eg: NIBOSH, IOSH, OSHA)
Good command in English language.
Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
