Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Supervisor to join our company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
- Aramco Projects and Sub Contracting experience and knowledge and experiences will be highly considerable
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs, specifications, and delivery requirements
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations
- Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives within the procurement process
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to make informed procurement decisions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement supervisor or in a similar procurement role within the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven procurement decisions
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, materials, and components
