Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, as well as other IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users
- Administer and maintain our company's ERP system, including user management, data backups, and system upgrades
- Provide training and guidance to employees on the proper use of technology tools and applications
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and software
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of support activities

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT technician or in a similar technical support role
- Demonstrated proficiency in the configuration and administration of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with end-users
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common business software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
