Farha International Services Co. Ltd. – K.S.A, is considered to be one of the first national companies established in the year 1977. Our Head Quarter is based in Dammam Eastern province and we have branches in Riyadh & Jeddah covering whole of Kingdom & GCC.
We are currently looking Workshop Manager. This is a full-time role that is located on-site at Farha Holding Co. in 02nd Industrial City Dammam. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for

Role Description and Responsibilities
• Plan and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks for the workshop, including routine servicing, diagnostics, and complex repairs
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure the availability of required parts, tools, and equipment
• Monitor repair timelines to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure efficient fleet operation
• Supervision of workshop staff. This includes recruiting and training new team members, managing shift schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
• Workshop managers are expected to oversee the overall operations and logistics within the workshop. This includes scheduling machine usage, organizing workflow, ensuring timely equipment maintenance, and monitoring inventory levels.
• A workshop manager is responsible for budget management. This entails planning for new equipment purchases, monitoring operational costs, and identifying opportunities to enhance financial efficiency.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanics with at least 5 years of experience, 2 of which are in supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanics with 3 years of experience, at least one of which is in supervision.
