Sales Engineer

The hiring company is looking for a Sales Engineer that is able to identify and generate new business. The candidate must have prior experience in generating business in GRC, fit-out, joinery and decorative glass/metal and interior design industry.

What you will do

. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies - developers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and use this information to tailor sales approaches and proposals.
. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
. Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.

What equips you for the role

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
. Applicants must have strong connections with Saudi Vision 2030 main clients (NEOM, RED SEA, Diriyah, Aramco)
. Proven track record in sales within the construction and GRC contracting industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
. Strong knowledge of construction processes in GRC, GFRC, GRG and interior fittings field, from prequalification to completion, and other inter related products/services in the industry.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
