Description

Responsibilities and Authorities
 To coordinate, oversee recruitment by following up on each recruitment request in order to meet the requirements of the job and maintain the workflow of the recruitment process
 To receive and process employee request form (ERF) from the different departments and liaisons with these departments to complete the request, which includes short listing of CVs and suggesting relevant CVs to relevant departments to ensure a smooth recruitment service.
 To adopt the most effective advertising strategy in conjunction with the relevant departments.
 To coordinate with the departments for conducting preliminary interviews for short listed applicants prior to passing them into the requesting department to ensure that the right applicants are selected to progress onto the next stage.
 To build effective relationships with key identified personnel across the company in order to identify future recruitment needs, to ensure a pro-active resourcing service.
 To generate periodical reports and highlight possible challenges with ERFs and the HR dashboard in order to provide visibility to management on current status and continuously monitor and recommend areas for improvement.
 To support the analysis of turnover rates and reasons for turnover to improve the selection of candidates and work on current challenges to improve the resourcing strategy.
 To advise and serve as a counsel to employees and department management on employee grievances and negotiations on labor issues.
To ensure that Employee Affairs is fulfilling the counseling needs to employees on employee grievances and negotiations on labor issues. And that the necessary measures are taken to resolve them.
 To continuously reviews the work process to improve it and streamline it to provide quality customer service.
 To coordinate for the performance appraisal of all employees
Education  Bachelor’s degree holder in related field
Experience  At least 5 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control.
Specific Skills  To be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint  Familiarity with UAE Labor law, Statutory and regulatory requirements  Skilled in recruitment process, hiring, retention and understanding of compensations and salary schemes  Fluency in both spoken and wirtten English & Arabic
