- Lead and manage the quantity surveying function for multiple types of projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project requirements and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive quantity surveying strategies and solutions tailored to project objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of bills of quantities, cost reports, and financial forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to project stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior quantity surveyors, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.


#Qualifications #Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of managing projects in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools and In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards, particularly in the Saudi Arabian context.
