Position: Labor Helper
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Labor Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various manual tasks to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials.
Help with setting up and dismantling equipment and structures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Support skilled workers and take on additional tasks as required.
Requirements:

No formal education required; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Basic understanding of safety procedures.
