Description

1. Preparing, Updating and Controlling Budget and cost forecast for Site and Camp construction (Direct Manpower, Indirect Manpower, Material, Subcontractor, Sundries, Vehicles, Equipment and office running cost
2. Analyzing the forecast cost vs. budget based on the earned value management (Cost variance CV, Variance at completion, Estimate to complete ETC, Estimate at completion EAC, Budget at completion BAC).
3. Preparing and updating Executive Report EXREP for the project (Original budget and VO's vs. Actual cost from P&L and Estimate to complete )
4. Estimating the cost of variation order for the original project and for the new scope of work.
5. Incorporating the cost of scope change order into project budget/forecast.
6. Setting target rates for all subcontractors in line with assigned project budget.
7. Monitoring and following subcontractor’s progress comparing to the assigned target.
8. Preparing Subcontractor's Periodic Valuation and Back charge note after coordination with
site QS department, site construction team and financial department.
9. Monitoring and controlling the productivity of labors in line with budget productivity rate and analyzing the problems which affect the productivity of manpower on site (Manpower Efficiency Reporting Team (MERT), Lean Management Team).
10. Setting target to site team and monitoring, controlling time impact and cost impact.
11. Preparing the required manpower of the project.
12. Preparing, following and analyzing the progress summary report/dashboard (Schedule Performance Index SPI, Schedule variance SV, Planned value PV, Earned Value EV) and Efficiency Summary Report (Cost Performance Index CPI, Cost variance CV, Actual Cost AC, Earned Value EV) to assess project performance and progress
13. Preparing and monitoring waste reports.
14. Preparing work package (WP) and cost components (CC) dictionary for the activities in order to allocate the actual man-hours in a proper way.
15. Reporting to Project Management potential cost problems in all phases of the project.
16. Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and client relations.
17. Monitoring the purchase request, purchase order for material to be in line with project budget.
18. Preparing and following contractor interim payment.
19. Monitoring and Controlling Flow of Materials.
20. Monthly Financial Reports
21. Scheduling and Planning
