Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our camp team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic South Indian meals for camp participants, ensuring high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Plan and manage a menu that caters to the dietary needs of camp participants.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff and camp management.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a South Indian Cook, preferably in a camp or similar setting.
Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large meal volumes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
