Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing truck spare parts.
Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast spare parts demand and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and service centers.
Monitor warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards and enhance team efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to spare parts quality, delivery, or pricing.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and their storage requirements.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
