Bartender Job Description:

1) Ensure proper application of the Company opening and closing procedures as per the set checklists.
2) Prepare and serve beverages consistent with the Company standard beverage recipes s in a timely and accurate manner.
3) Maintain bar area in an attractive, organized and functional manner for efficient beverage preparation.
4) Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves.
5) Be fully aware of the beverage menu’s item prices and services.
6) Ensure product quality and presentation as per the set the Company standards.
7) Wash and sterilize glassware.
8) Complete all side-work duties such as bar set up/stocking condiments/slicing fruit for garnishes.
9) Keep management promptly and fully informed of any operational issues.
10) Redirect guest complaints to the Assistant Restaurant manager/ Restaurant manager.
11) Make recommendations and answers guests and colleagues’ questions regarding beverages.
12) Knowledgeable about the Company service procedures and beverages to be able to inform guests/colleagues and answer any related questions.
