Description


Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on products, materials, and processes to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits. Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations for corrective action.
Process Improvement: Analyse quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and reduce defects.
Supplier Management: Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality criteria. Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Customer Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints and quality issues. Implement corrective actions to resolve customer concerns and improve satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency across the organization.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and standards, such as ISO, FDA, and industry-specific requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality incidents and ensure product safety and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering in civil/mechanical/architectural with a minimum of 7 years of experience
Previous experience in quality assurance/quality control roles, preferably in the metal roofing, fa?ade, external envelopes construction
Knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office applications.
