Job Description:
As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by developing and executing online sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve profit targets through our e-commerce channel. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Managing the end-to-end e-commerce process, including product listing, pricing, promotion, and fulfillment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of e-commerce initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Overseeing website development and optimization efforts to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscape.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
