Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing laboratory procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Managing inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products, ensuring adequate supplies for production.
Leading and training laboratory staff in chocolate-making techniques, safety procedures, and quality assurance measures.
Collaborating with other departments, such as R&D and production, to develop new chocolate products and optimize production processes.
Maintaining equipment and facilities, scheduling maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:


Previous experience in a chocolate laboratory or food manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of chocolate-making processes, including tempering, molding, and enrobing.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
