We are searching for a motivated and experienced Food Production Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our production process, ensuring we deliver safe, delicious, and consistent food products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules that optimize efficiency and meet output targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety regulations (HACCP) and quality control procedures.
• Oversee inventory control, maintaining optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments like Quality Assurance and Sales & Marketing to maintain consistent product quality and meet customer demands.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams.
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
