We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our logistics team as a Data Entry . The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing various logistics-related data into our systems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

Enter shipping and receiving data into the company's database accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and security.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of logistics terminology and processes is a plus.
