Position Summary:

Proposal and Estimation Engineer/Officer is considered the focal point for all Manpower/Services Proposal and Estimation Activities related to Co.

Candidates preferably from Human Resources Companies.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Understand Company Business requirements.
2. Understand Company Proposal and Estimation requirements.
3. Experience in Review of Manpower /Service Request for Quotation, Attend Job Explanation, Prepare and Share clarification, Submission of Technical and Commercial Proposal, Review comments from Clients and continue communication with Client and other stakeholders till contract award.
4. Candidates must be expert in Cost elements related to Manpower /Services contract.
5. Candidates must be expert in review of Manpower/Services RFQ documents and all the familiar all contract terms and conditions.
6. Collect Data from all Concerned departments related to Estimation.
7. Constant coordination with all Sales and Marketing Teams for collecting relevant information. Follow up on all submitted PQ/RVL/AVL list.
8. Identify new Project lists through On-Line tolls like MEED and other Online publications.
9. Professional PQ submission
10. Performs technical presentations to customers if required.
11. Builds customer relationships and awareness of the company’s Business Lines.
12. Regularly update the Customer Relationship Management report.
13. Responds to customer complaints and ensure relevant departments are informed.
14. Review & Maintain KPI

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years in the Proposal and Estimation

Education Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science / Engineering /Marketing

Salary Range - Maximum SAR 6 Basic
Industry Relevant – Human Resources Companies only
