Basmah Contracting Company Ltd. has been serving for more than 45 years in providing quality service in executing asphalt paving, road construction including road maintenance work.

We are looking for qualified applicant for ASPHALT LAYING FOREMAN.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in all aspects of paving operations; to include operation of all paving equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to complete all required paperwork efficiently.
• Salary offers to be discussed during the interview.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of work to be performed by the asphalt crew.
• Assist with the supervision and direction of assigned asphalt laborers and equipment operators relating to the spreading, finishing, and compacting of asphalt.
• Provide guidance and development of all asphalt crew members.
• Receive, prioritize, and assign daily work assignments.
• Observe work in progress and provide guidance and direction on procedures and techniques.
• Ensure safe practices and procedures are followed.
• Assist with the monitoring and or coordinating the effective maintenance and repair of all assigned equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
