Description

We are seeking a Production Manager with over 5 years of experience in bread manufacturing (including Arabic bread, sliced bread, burger bread) and various pastries to assume responsibility for overseeing operations and ensuring top-quality production. The factory is located in Qatif, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of production to maintain the highest quality standards.
Oversee the production process for various bread types and pastries.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
Train and supervise production staff.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in bread manufacturing and pastry production.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
