Overview: As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating bookings for air travel and shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. You will work closely with clients, airlines, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate travel arrangements and shipments according to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Booking Management: Handle the booking process for air tickets and shipments and confirming reservations.
2. Service: Assist Employees with inquiries, provide guidance on travel options, and address any concerns or issues related to bookings.
3. Communication: Liaise with airlines, shipping companies, and other service providers to coordinate bookings and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of bookings, including passenger information, cargo details, and shipping documents.
5. Problem Solving: Resolve booking discrepancies, flight changes, and other issues that may arise during the booking process.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and relevant legal requirements in all booking activities.

7. Reporting: Generate reports on booking & Shipments activities,

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or logistics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of airline and shipping regulations is a plus.
