Description

Conducted material inspection in accordance with the specifications for the required material.
 Erection and commissioning, Reading isometric drawing, P&ID, protocol preparation.
 Participated in the various presentations and discussions relating to the quality issue.
 Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.
 Erection and execution of structures carry out of inspection of structural fabrication work according to the codes and standard.
 Know the ASME SCE IX Tables related to WQT, PQR, WPS etc.
 Excellent communication, coordination, organizing with co-workers, management skills and managing skills about manpower handling.
 Inspection of materials and verifying mill test certificate during material receiving.
 Maintain a good filing system for all quality control documentation.
 Monitoring the storage and preservation of project material.
 Verifying the piping instruments as per isometric and P&ID.
 Performing welding inspection activity, material planning and scheduling.
 Report quality deficiencies and non-conformities.
 Known of essential and non-essential variables of different welding process.
 Monitoring the storage and preservation of project material.

 Ensuring all the stage inspections is carried out as per ITP and approved procedure for all running projects.
 Preparing of punch list as per the approved latest drawing.
 Field inspection with different material carbon steel (CS) stainless steel (SS) & Alloy Steels (AS) including fabrication.
 Familiar with SMAW, GTAW, SAW welding process.
 Ensure good welding by inspect of welding electrode specification, preheat of electrode, maintain electrode temperature
 Ensure that all welding, Non-Destructive testing are in compliances with the relevant. codes and specification.
 Preparing & maintaining daily quality reports and documents like weld summary, NDT, fit up etc.
 Familiar with SAES standards ARAMCO.
 Know how to reviewing WPS, PQR, PWPS etc.,
 Performed PWHT process according to the WPS specifications, ASME sec.
 Practiced on ASME sec II, IX, VIII & B 31.3 

ASNT NDT Techniques Level-II Certificates.
