Description

JOB :-

• Creating maintenance schedules and assets lists.
• Create a system of work to organize and centralize the whole maintenance and projects operations.
• Supervising maintenance and project workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.
• Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.
• Discussing maintenance and project concerns with the Management and suggesting cost effective remedial measures.
• Coordinating work performed by outside vendors.
• Supervising and coordinating all maintenance and projects works related to the branches, staff accommodations, office, vehicles, and warehouse.
• Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
• Scheduling and assigning corrective maintenance work orders and Preventive work maintenance tasks.
• Make scheduled visits to the branches in Riyadh & Jeddah.

PERSON :-

Below 35 years old
With transferable Iqama
Any graduate with relevant 5 years of experience in similar industry in Saudi
Available to join immediately on selection
