*Proper planning, organizing/ Scheduling, Staffing & Controlling of Fleet Maintenance & Services of the Division
*Ensure on-time maintenance of the Fleets
*Solve driver assignment and routing problems

Skills and Qualifications:

*Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
*Minimum 3-4 years of experience In Transportation dispatch
*Ability to work with different shift
*Good timekeeping skills
*Efficient in the use of computer applications
