Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s customer
base in the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and end-
users to understand their requirements and promote our HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions that
incorporate ELV systems and infrastructure components.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and
capabilities of our HVAC products and services.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project
timelines, in response to client inquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and service agreements to
ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to
ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of HVAC solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities
for product innovation and business growth.
• Meet or exceed the sales targets and Key Performance Indicators ( KPI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably with expertise in HVAC projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning,
and control systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
