Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Study contract documents, specifications, drawings, BOQ/s and prepare quantity requirements.
- Initiate proper survey to quantities from concept drawings, Tender drawings, workshop drawings and prepare BOQ/s.
- Prepare Quantity Take Off (QTO), Material Take Off (MTO), Re-bar Schedules.
- Sufficient and appropriate knowledge of the market.
- Prepare QS documents to issue the RFQs for subcontractors / suppliers / vendors.
- Evaluate quotations and recommend Subcontractors / Suppliers / vendors.
- Prepare Rate Analysis.
- Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
- Preparation of Technical offer along with necessary submittal, Clarifications, drawings, layout, Project Schedule, Manpower Resources, Project Organization Chart & other documents required by the client.
