Key responsibilities:

- Carry out regular preventive maintenance and necessary repairs / replacements of defective parts.
- Must have experience to repair the Automatic Household Appliances such as Cooking range,
Refrigerators, A/Cs, Washing Machines & Dryers etc.
- Repair bathroom and kitchen assoceries, leaking pipes etc.
- Must maintain a record of preventive maintenance of each location / equipment
- Willing to learn more outside of his scope of work.
- Co-operative with his co-workers and willing to train them in his own fields.
- Must be ready to be trained, work/perform any job assigned to him outside of his own trades, in-
case of an emergency.
- Must use his own decision to complete the job in a reasonable time, normally without supervision.
