Position: Technical Manager
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 15+ Saudi Experience (Must)
Iqama Status: Transfer or non-transferabe, both accepted
NOTE: (we can transfer Sponsor only after 3 months of probation.) Giving preference who Accept it & those who can join early
Nationality : Any

Required:

1) Familiar with Saudi construction specifications, etc.,
2) Familiar with the preparation and submission of construction plans for various majors; review and optimization of design drawings; review and submission of materials involved, as well as construction quality requirements;
3) Work arrangements for each professional engineer, complete monthly and weekly plan reports
4) Coordination and processing of drawings from various disciplines
5) Technical control of long-term materials in various majors
6) Conduct technical communication and coordination with the owner’s design institute supervision, etc.
7) Proficient in using engineering software, such as Auto CAD and other professional software.
8) Candidates with experience in more than 7 projects such as housing construction and steel structure are preferred, and no less than 3 projects in large-scale housing construction or steel structure are preferred.
9) More than 15 years of technical manager experience
10) Other work arranged by project management
