QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is often required.

• Relevant experience in construction for HOUSING, RESIDENTIAL and VILLA only, architecture, or engineering is essential.

• BIM Managers need strong technical skills in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.

• Effective project management skills are essential for BIM Managers to oversee BIM implementation, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage workflows, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

• They should be able to convey technical concepts effectively and facilitate collaboration among team members.

• The ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently is crucial.
