Description

He performs inventory control tasks in accordance with relevant policies, mechanisms, procedures and operational manuals, with the aim of monitoring the registration of all approved items as stock according to the item card, where the automated system must be followed in this regard. He also monitors the classification of materials and their locations in the warehouse and arranges them according to their suitability, and monitors their disbursement to the approved party. Disbursing them according to the validity of the disbursement approved in the item card and notifying the unit supervisor of the effectiveness of its movement and sufficient time to re-order it and alerting of stagnant ones with all efficiency and effectiveness.  Ensure that all items approved for storage are registered according to the item card.  Verify that the item card contains all information about the item, including information about suppliers approved to supply this item and the last approved price, as well as the available quantity compared to the expense.  Monitoring the movement of the item and the required inventory, and notifying the unit supervisor of the appropriate time to re-secure the necessary quantity of it.  Notifying the unit supervisor of stagnant items and appropriate direction is taken for that.  Ensure that the items are arranged in the warehouse according to the approved classification, the place allocated to them, and their expiry date, if there is one.  Preparing the necessary reports on monitoring and inventorying periodic and emergency inventory and presenting them to the unit supervisor
