Description

Dear Gents,

We are looking for an Qc engineer with 3 to 4 years in steel structural, steel tanks, machining jobs following knowledge with independently work.

Responsibilities:

knowledge in ISO/QMS documentation
Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan ITP based on customer requirement for each Job.
preparation of WPS, PQR and WPQT as per the requirement
Reading knowledge in the fabrication drawings.
Material Identification Reports based on MTC.
Mill test certificate (MTC) verification of material properties like mechanical properties, chemical properties, etc.,
Checking electrode batch certificate specification based on ASME Sec. II Part C.
Qualifying Welder through test coupons as per ASME Sec. IX.
welding inspections -Knowledge in NDT
Monitoring and examining each stage of production according to procedures including all dimensions, orientations and alignments in fabrications.
Inspection and document preparation of job for each stage like marking, cutting, fit up, welding, and painting ,
Improving inspection techniques to minimize the error
Documentation for verifying Calibration status of measuring equipment, Validation of fixtures, templates and inspection gauges.
Interact with customers and attend to their needs.
