Description

 The contract between first party & second party is authorized to lease them to a third party and under the responsibility of the second party.
 In the event of any violations or fines from any government agency regarding the hired labor, the second party shall bear it and deduct it from his dues.
 The second party must adhere to and ensure that the residency of the hired person is under his sponsorship and the profession is identical in residency to his work for the first party.
 Food, Accommodation & Transportation to the employees to be provided by Second Party.
 Normal safety items (Coverall shoes, helmet, and glasses) to be provided by Second Party.
 Payment terms will be NET 60 days.
 Please note our standard working hours 9 hours per day, minimum 5 days per week and work in shift basis, same rules as appliable for our Flowserve employees.
