Description

One time work start from 29th March morning until completed to hand over apartment

Details as follows..
apartment includes 3 rooms+2 bathrooms+kitchen in 3rd floor
2 rooms' house holds were removed
need to remove remaining household to outside of building
clean all apartment + wash and mop with staircase until main gate
Remove marks in walls using removing spray
light work and few hard works only
If one cleaner not able to manage, 2 persons also accepted
this add will be removed soon ,as it must be started in morning
This is a saudi house and i will only handover work and camera there for inspections of work.
Pls don't call and just send your Iqama to whatsapp (If not , picture with nationality)
Anyone not following instructions and wasting times for details will be disconnected as limited time
per hour 25 Sr + taxi will be provided (Personal drivers not accepted for safety)
Must be efficient with limited time and payment will be increased upon disciplines and working with less guidance.
Greetings and asking details without reading add will be disconnected to save time
upon iqama or details, persons will be replied once selected and plz leave this add if u are not able to follow instructions
