JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including hiring and training of staffs, full interaction
with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal
performance. Coordinating employee schedules and ensuring company protocols are being followed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:-
1. Coordinate daily front office and back house restaurant operations. Implement policies and
protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Train new and current employees
on proper customer service practices.
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
4. Regularly review product quality and research new vendor.
5. Organize and supervise shifts.
6. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
7. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
8. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
9. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
10. Create daily kitchen report including the food cost of each items.
11. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
12. Respond to customer feedbacks and reviews across all platforms such as website, social media
pages etc.
13. Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it. Promote the brand in the local
community through word of mouth and restaurant events.
Maintain spotlessly clean safe restaurant at all times, ensure highest quality levels of products
hospitality, lead live by passion, respect, integrity, determination and also excellence.

Qualification:
3-4 Years Experience in similar position ( Preferably GCC Experience)
Should be able to handle Multiple Languages
Excel & Computer Knowledge to generate reports .
Diploma in Hotel Management
Smart & Energetic Candidate
Transferable Iqama
