The Mechanical Engineer Maintenance Manager, will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance operations of mechanical systems within the waste treatment facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in locomotive and or industrial maintenance management is a plus.
10 years of experience in locomotive and or industrial maintenance management.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software/tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of safety and teamwork within the organization.
