Logistic manager JD:

Reviewing and assessing the logistics needs of all teams, identifying issues, proactively suggest solutions. • Review, understand and ascertain from the contractor’s schedules the magnitude of the required movement of people and materials to and from the project sites. • Work closely with the consultants / PMC to develop ways to expedite the movement of materials and people required by the construction contractors for each museum. • Provide guidance to make the necessary adjustments in the site, regarding roadway and infrastructure. • Ensuring compliance of changes and switchovers are done in a safe manner. • Conduct spot checks on the field for traffic and other hazards, then escalate issues appropriately and participate in the resolution. • Work with the engineering design teams to influence the system design based on operational and support considerations. • Support contractor’s weekly meetings and the weekly meetings with the client’s consultants.
