Asalaa Business Group is looking for a Supervisor - Customer service & Training to hire in one of our new branches called "Trekkers" which will be a story telling/ fun activities and a pets show for kids place.



Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and care, training and supervision of reception girls, and creating fun and an engaging environment for kids. The ideal candidate should posses for working with children. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.



Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train and supervise reception girls, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Demonstrate a genuine love for working with kids, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for them.
Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English, facilitating effective communication with customers and staff.
Exhibit strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
Foster a fun and engaging environment, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers and children.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on the condition of the facility, including maintenance and cleanliness requirements.
Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and assist in story-telling activities for kids, collaborating with the owner.
Coordinate events with schools and other organizations, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6-12 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both (Arabic & English)
Proficiency using Microsoft excel and familiarity with Odoo.
Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
Passion for working with children and creating a positive environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
