Salary: SAR 6000 - 8000 (No OT)
Working Hours: As per Work requirement.
Experience: Min 5 Years Experience

Job Description:
1. Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
2. Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types
3. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
4. Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps

Auto Cad Operator (1)
Salary: SAR 3000 (No OT)
Working Hours: As per Work requirement.
Experience: Min 5 Years Exp in Civil & Electrical

Job Description:
1. Good experience in Mechanical systems installation, execution, design, drafting, estimation, quantity survey, inspection, providing technic support, project and execution, commissioning and maintaining of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing & firefighting) in various types of buildings such as warehouse, malls, hospitals, high rise building, shopping complex, villas etc.,
2. Can prepare MEP drawings and has knowledge in civil and electrical works.
3. Can support HVAC Engineer to develop BOQ, shop drawing, red-line drawings, coordination drawings etc.,
4. Can go to Site visits for preparing and coordinating site as built drawing, trouble shooting and ensuring timely deliveries.
5. Experience with 3D Modeling programs such BIM 360, REVIT will be an added advantage.
