"We're a leading construction heavy equipment trading and rental company in the GCC, looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

Ideal candidates should have:
• 1-4 years of basic sales/rental experience, preferably in construction equipment. Must excel in fostering customer relationships, be sales-oriented, and self-driven, with a teachable attitude and hunger for information.

Driving License : Valid KSA/UAE Driving License.

English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic is a plus.

Skills Required:
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Sales acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Values honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Team player with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Regular follow-up ability.

Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies and target new customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing support and advice.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Generate sales/rental quotes, maintain product knowledge, and review sales performance.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales channel.
• Understand customer needs and execute appropriate sales tactics.
• Knowledge of CRM programs is advantageous.
• Follow daily task procedures and follow up on all sales leads until conclusion.
