Job Summary:
Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to identify or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, or for profits, losses or liabilities, Tax or other financial activities within the organization.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to evaluate Accuracy, completeness and conformity of reports and procedural standards
- Calculate taxes due and prepare tax returns, ensure payment compliance, and prepare reports and procedures. Other tax bills
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial liabilities, to forecast revenues. revenues and future expenditures or to provide advice.
- Preparing a report for management on the facility’s finances.
- Create charts of accounts and assign restrictions to the appropriate accounts.
- Developing, maintaining and analyzing budgets, and preparing periodic reports that compare the costs included in the budget with Actual costs.
- Develop, implement, modify and document record-keeping and accounting systems, and take advantage of technology Current computer status.
- Preparing models and manuals for accounting staff, controlling accounts, and directing their work activities.
- -Survey operations to ensure accounting needs, recommend solutions, develop them, and maintain them. This is due to commercial and financial problems.
- Providing advice to management on issues such as use of resources, tax strategies and assumptions. Who is behind the budget forecasts?
- Providing internal and external audit services to the company and dealing with the auditor
- Providing advice to clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, and designing Data processing and accounting systems.
- Estimating, evaluating and inventorying real estate property and equipment, and recording information such as property descriptions and Its date and location.
